Flies flies flies!

Back on November 1st, I blogged about how summer was fast approaching. I was wrong.

Summer has only begun when the flies come out in their huge armies, intent on driving me mad with frustration from their constant buzzing around my face. Therefore, by that definition, summer began yesterday. With fireworks and all.

A simple task such as hanging out a few clothes on the line is apparently reason enough to start swarming all around me. Of course, science has a more realistic reason. But I refuse to listen for it fails to account for one tiny fact — flies hate me!

Or maybe they like me too much… maybe that's the problem. Maybe I need to stop sweating in this heat? If only that was possible.

Thanks! I'll try :) I woke up this morning and it was 34°C (90°F) already! :)

Hate to think what it will be at about 1 PM when the sun's at its highest.
