New admin management page on the Community site

Just finished the initial version of an Admin Management page, that contains NewPage modules for all of the important areas of the community site — blog, featured sites, todo list and press "releases".

I'm proud of how it turned out, now I've just got to sit back and see if anyone else comes up with a better idea to make the page even more useful! xD
