It's cool, but my brand new Win7 Pro laptop doesn't have the MCT folder. :(

I thought mine didn't either. Even with hidden folders visible, it still doesn't appear — so don't try to navigate to it by double-clicking. If you type it into the address bar it should work.
For the record, I'm running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit on a laptop (same setup as you) so if I have it, it should be hidden on yours somewhere as well ;-)
I did install it myself, not buy a new laptop with it, though.

Thanks, I got it to work. Weird behaviour by explorer! I think I'll run the Aussie theme for a while as a small tribute to your find. ;)
I've got the 64 bit version on this laptop. It's a replacement for one I had stolen 3 weeks ago. I opted for pro version mainly because I need XPMode for a few older apps I need to run once in a while.
[edit] Not so weird behaviour after all. If you tun off "Hide protected operating system files" the folder is visible through normal navigation. I guess it is weird that the folder still displays with that option enabled. Seems like a bug. Maybe admins can browse to any folder if they know the path.

These themes aren't completely hidden. They're just only used when the region for your installation of Windows 7 is changed. For example, if you pick "Australia" for the country when installing Windows, it shows the Australia theme and hides the other country themes.
